207 Begin, Middle, End

Some people are good at starting things, projects, proposals. Saying yes.

Some at doing the middle stuff that makes it run. Continues it.

Others can ‘end‘ things. Fire people. Close shop. Say no.

So why say this?

Because you try to do what you are NOT good at doing.

And that’s where you get into trouble. Or get a bad reputation.

Or fail.

Begin:

“Am I a Begin-er, Middle-er or End-er? (Well?)

Middle:

Is that what I’m doing now, or going to be doing in this new thing?

End:

Change things to reflect what you are.

And ease everything for yourself, and others.
