10 Progress It

I once hired a person with a good reputation as a really effective ‘trainer’.

She basically had one message:

Do not stop at whatever is bothering you.

Make that your ‘given’ and go beyond it.

Don’t stop there!  

 

It sounded a bit too simple to be truly effective (!) yet when I used it I quickly solved

several things nagging at me for some time.  

 

I am not satisfied with… (my job, the hours, the pay, etc.)

The children /home /family isn’t …

Don’t continuously restart and repeat your dissatisfaction

Progress through it:

I accept that it is that way and therefore I will …  

 

Then act on that!
