When was the last time you pampered yourself? And what did you do?

Do you pamper yourself because it feels good or because there is a reason behind it?

If it feels good, that indicates the right path.

(Also implied: If it does not feel good, do not do it!)

When did you last pamper yourself? 

 

Often people decide that they would do something because of…

and not because they would enjoy it.

This actually slows your internal communication, and growth.

 

OK, so?

A dominance in one area, means an insufficiency in another.

If dominance on, say, your ‘time’ is high, then alternative time becomes imperative.

Take a certain amount of time, …and do absolutely nothing. 

 

If something is necessary and not done for pleasure, then there is problem.

Create circumstances where you can ‘let-yourself-go’. It is not necessary to find a deeply wooded area to run into and yell and scream and jump up and down; but in effect, that’s what you’re doing.

 

Pampering is engaging in an activity which gives pleasure for other reasons than that which can be normally explained away.

 

What others consider ‘normal’ you see as Pampering because you want to do it for yourself. The division between wanting to do things, and not doing them, is stress.
