Did you ever have an imaginary dog your parents said would keep you safe.

And it would either lie on your bed or under it.

It /you would fight the imaginary monsters or fear of the dark with it.

My children named theirs Brutus.

 

And, almost like magic, they were far easier to get to bed.

 

I always wonder how /why that works when ‘everyone’ knows it’s just an imaginary thing.

 

Then again so is the fear.

 

Ok, so?

Well, if you currently have fears /worry etc…

Create an imaginary Brutus to attack unwanted thoughts.

 

You would be surprised at how quickly this trains your mind to stop useless, repetitive thinking.

 

Too simple to even try it?
