“Do you remember that weekend a couple of months ago…”
“How can I forget!! We ate until we burst. I must have added 5 pounds (2 Kilos) on those two days alone!”
“But you are both slim!”
“Why yes we are. Why do you mention it?”
“Well because I never spend a whole weekend just eating and yet I’m a lot overweight.”
“That’s easy to understand. You see, overindulging in virtually anything once creates a memory. Whereas overindulging just a little everyday has a cumulative result that definitely affects me.”
Sometimes ‘never’ overindulging causes you to choose to overindulge a bit, but everyday. (After all, it’s just a bit!)
Choose one and ask yourself if this is true everyday or just once:
In your Job, your family, your hobby, exercising etc.
The ‘profitable’ answer is different in each case!
