Do it

324 10%

This is the distortion between what you say and the # of times it’s repeated.

The first time it’s repeated = 90% accurate

Then 80% accurate (at best!)

Then 70% and now it starts to get dangerous as to just how accurate.

Then 60% and that’s about it.

At 50% there is a 50/50 chance the message is … not accurate!

OK, so?

Well, you hear things that influence your very life /lifestyle.

How far removed are these from their source(s)?

Not from the speaker you hear, but the actual source.

The “Red Menace” in the 1960’s, 70’s & 80’s (!), WMD in the 2000’s, etc. came from the speakers you heard and not the original research source(s).

They heard /read it as a summary of someone else’s compilation of many others’ research.

Are we at 50% yet?

Whenever you are concerned about something, look to see just how far from the source it is.

Takes time, but sure is better than being continuously affected /concerned.
