This is an interesting way to use the Mental Doodles. Justin Trudeau is being severely criticized by Harper for doing just this. Obama is reflecting on the causes, as Harper is not. BTW Justin did not suggest he was not outraged. He just wondered as did Obama, why these the two suspects (if they did it) did it.
