Some memories are of experiences still painful to remember.
A past embarrassment, a fear, a jealousy, being put down in public, etc.
Here’s how to stop being ‘triggered’ by these unwanted memories:
Bring one to mind (An easy one, to start!) and see it from many different points-of-view:
How it’s funny
How it’s sad, in a way.
How it’s ironic
… kind
… loving
and so on
Afterwards, you’ll still see it as it was and in these new ways.
This combination neutralizes the trigger and transforms the unwanted event /memory into simple data.

You only wish reading one Doodle would do it!
It’s a subconscious cross-index of select different Doodles
to ‘side-step’ your filters, that gets you what you want.

George, I have always appreciated your original thinking and love your mental doodles. I often forward them to my clients.
Keep up the good work.
I look forward to connecting with you one of these days soon it’s been way too long.
Kindest regards,
