I know you are now getting what you Deserve…

as a result of your actions, your decisions, your repeated efforts, your agenda, etc

 

But is it what you Desire?

Repetition does not get you what you Desire or you would already have it.

(A fifteen minute brisk walk a day is all the exercise you really need but you don’t actually do it and therefore you get what you Deserve: the result of your decision not to act.)

 

Ok, so?

Promise yourself that once a day – every day – you will actively do something towards what you Desire.

If you are serious: once in the morning and once again in the evening.
