Picture a bunch of tubes in the air, similar to telephone lines going from pole to pole. Lots and lots and lots of them in the air overhead. No poles, just tubes. And in the tubes, is a flow of money /happiness /sadness, etc. Your ‘job’ is to reach up, grab a tube and pull it down to touch your body (so to speak!). At that point the tube magically enters your body and exits the other side to continue to flow. How many tubes you pull into your body is how much money /happiness etc. you have Temporary use of. It will flow out the other side. Your use is temporary. Soooo, if you use this flow for a house, the flow outwards from you goes into the carpenter, the plumber, etc. It also exits them to go to Wall Mart, Auto payments etc. And out to their suppliers who … When you complain other people’s tubes are not in your body, you stop placing tubes in your body. You are too busy looking at other people’s tubes. And what’s your next course of action if that is so. Why, pull more tubes into yourself, of course. A smile, for instance, will pull in a tube of smiles. (read # 108) You need only initiate, the flow tubes take over. ————————– To reinforce this read any two below: # 29 Who’s in Charge? – 31 Being at-Cause – 50 Limits – 55 Oxygen – 58 Needs – 102 Response-ability 107 Iron – 108 Emotions – 119 Gears – 136 Beggars & Alcoholics

190 Big Deal?
We went to a restaurant to celebrate someone (finally!) buying a new car.
Nearly $200. For lunch.
No big deal.
When we returned to the office I went to the warehouse.
I noticed the boxes were being over-wrapped for delivery.
By at least .03 cents.
Very big deal!
When I said this to the person in charge he said,
“You sure are strange. You just spent almost $200 for one lunch and now you complain about 3 cents!”
A one-time lunch, almost no matter how expensive, is cheap compared to an every-day overspending of any amount of money. We ship over 1,000 boxes per day. Three cents adds up to around $10,000 a year.
You can have a lot of unexpectedly expensive lunches and still not come anywhere near that amount of money.
So, why say this?
The exact same thing applies to you and your everyday actions.
Eating, a bit too much.
Frowning, a bit too much.
Smiling, a bit too much.
With family and friends, this is exactly how you establish your relationship with them.
And then you wonder why things are the way they are.
When you notice you’re over doing it “just a bit”, give your memory a quick check.
Is it ongoing or just once?
If ongoing, pull back a bit. It will make a world of difference.

167 Bucket List
Make a list of things you want to do before you die.
These are really the things NOT motivated by anyone else in your life. These come directly from you, for you.
So make a list and check it. You’ll find you can actually do many of these now.
And easily!
What holds you back are your thoughts of what others would think regarding your desires that are NOT originating from other-than-you. They are ‘only’ your thoughts and wants /desires.
You possibly think that that is selfish.
And what if it is.
What exactly does being selfish mean? Not in general. In this case.
To think clearly ask yourself this:
Who is harmed, who gains, who benefits.
(Ask yourself this each time you hesitate doing something)
And look at the answers.
It’s your list. Why wait?

141 Imagine
This one is quite simple yet works.
When you want something you cannot easily get right away, all you have to do is imagine having it.
No, no, not in the “imagination-will-get-you-it” way (although that works more often than you think!)
What you do is imagine you have it now.
Imagine it under every circumstance. When you are at home, at work, at play.
With friends, alone.
On your way to somewhere, coming back from somewhere.
All the time. In every setting. Everywhere.
At most it takes a year to either burn-in or burn-out that desire.
Then you are sure!
I did this for a ‘mansion’ I was positive I wanted.
I imagined I was living in a mansion. All the time.
When I turned into the driveway of my townhouse I imagined I was turning into the driveway of my mansion.
When I went in the front door, it was the front door of the mansion. And so on.
Within one year I realized that I did NOT really want a mansion.
What a complete surprise!
When I finally had enough money to build a nice home, I built… not a mansion!
And am I ever glad that I did that imagine thing.
By doing this I also found I don’t want:
A private Chef
An airplane
Lots of homes all over the world
A large yacht
The same goes for anything you ‘want’ and cannot easily get right away.
And what an easy way to see if you really do want it!
The smaller the item the less time it typically takes to burn-in or burn-out that desire.

97 Variety
Many of us take vitamins and mineral supplements everyday.
We also shop at favorite repetitive places.
And they, in turn, buy their supplies from their same suppliers.
If only these were a perfect complement to our body.
But they aren’t.
And, if only there was a way to test for this.
But there isn’t.
So what to do?
Simple.
Variety is the absolute best answer.
Buy your (same) vitamins from 3 or 4 different brands and mix them up in a larger container.
Then when you take that vitamin you’ll be taking a slightly different composition each time. Or maybe not.
Same with food.
Buy from different suppliers and you’ll get product from different areas of the countries. This gives you different ratios of trace elements and minerals.
Since I’m doing this my overall well being dramatically increased.
Those people who travel extensively know exactly what I mean.
